It seems we spend the first half of our lives making mistakes, and if were lucky, we can spend the second half of our lives understanding why we made the choices we made that created misery for ourselves and those around us. This blog is about the decades of self imprisonment I created with my various addictions to substances, bad relationships, poor choices, and finally the actual prisons I found myself in. It’s about what I learned. But more importantly, it’s about you, and your journey in finding out how powerful and creative you can be in making yourself happy and free. You don’t have to be miserable. You can change your mind. Every day, every difficult person in your life, and every shitty situation you find yourself in gives you an opportunity to trade in your misery for happiness.
